My approach to Events and Executive Production is thoughtful and carefully designed to suit your needs through my professional experience. I enjoy to conceptualize, build and realize projects with intention and clarity and believe that great results come from open collaboration, precise steps and a shared sense of purpose. About me
Hi! :-) I am Laura Sono (pronouns she/her). Amongst traveling, meeting new people, trying new food, spending time with shared my dog (“The Queen”) and hitting the gym, one thing I love working most with is Production. This field of work embraces many of the things I appreciate in life and I feel super grateful that I had the chance to work with great teams and rewarding projects through my 13+ years navigating the world of Production. Production of exhibitions, talks, workshops, screenings, community events and international cultural exchange programs that foster meaningful public participation.
Artist & Talent Coordination
Liaison and day-to-day coordination for artists, performers, speakers and collaborators, managing communication, scheduling, hospitality, on-boarding and production needs.
Production Operations
Behind-the-scenes operational support, including team coordination, volunteer management, documentation, reporting, calendars, workflow organization and multilingual communication to keep productions running seamlessly.
In-person and remote options
