EMIXAR (by govar.io)

  • Coordinated large-scale exhibition operations for EMIXAR Berlin (govar GmbH), overseeing daily production, team scheduling, visitor operations, and communication with production headquarters in Munich. (Berlin, 2026)

  • Produced immersive XR and performance experiences for the art XR performance “OYA” (part of EMIXAR) at Pavôia Festival, managing installation setup and breakdown, supervising VR hardware operations (15+ headsets) and coordinating visitor experience
    flow and technical troubleshooting
    on-site. (Poland, 2026)

  • Produced and managed two major public-facing events within the EMIXAR exhibition: “Egon Schiele — A Personal Encounter”, an interactive VR experience created and directed by Gerda Leopold, that combines live-action film and immersive virtual reality environments (vernissage event) and the event of the XR Oracle “Third Eye – Live Tarot”, conceptualized by renowned artist Ugo Dossi and realized by govar.io, including full production coordination, scheduling, budget oversight, vendor management, on-site execution and artist care.

  • Supported international climate justice exchange program between Brazil and Germany (COP30-related initiative), coordinating logistics, travel, scheduling, multilingual participant support, and 7-day on-the-ground production across Berlin in collaboration with SPORE Initiative.

  • Worked closely with participants including Waleska Queiroz (COP das Baixadas), Isabelle Maciel (Tapajós de Fato), Aline Silva e Silva (MST - Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra or Landless Workers’ Movement), Nicola Böhm (Refuge Worldwide Radio), Ruby Russell (Unbias the News), Annabelle Dettmer (Debt for Climate) and Marco Klausen (Facilitating through SPORE Initiative).

Regular production of independent cultural events including drawing sessions, live performances, and community gatherings in Berlin.

  • “Tabletop Tales”, free drawing gathering at bar and restaurant Piri’s in Neukölln. Every other month.

  • “Deepcut Cineclub”, showing “Suspiria”, 1977 by director Dario Argento, march 2025 a Silverfuture, in Neukölln, Berlin.

  • “OBSCURA”, live drawing event and performance at crayzlegy, Neukölln, Berlin.

  • Several performances, art exhibitions and workshops at former SóLaura Studio. Berlin, 2022-2024
