OBSCURA is a live drawing evening where performance and observation intertwine in shifting light and shadow. Each session presents a curated performance carefully chosen for its ability to inhabit stillness and motion with equal intensity. Here, the act of drawing becomes more than study; it becomes participation. The performers offer themselves to be seen, moved, and momentarily suspended; the audience, drawing tools in hand, captures fragments of that tension. Under the soft hum of attention, lines blur between performer and observer, movement and rest, the visible and the obscure.

Curated and hosted by Laura Sono, a São Paulo–born, Berlin-based producer, tattooer and artist, OBSCURA proposes a new approach to life drawing: one that values curation as much as creation. Each edition brings together artists and enthusiasts who seek an inspiring environment to draw, connect, and exchange ideas. The night flows between moments of performance and pause: a living conversation between the body and the line, the performer and the observer. It’s a gathering for those who find beauty in presence, in community, and in the act of drawing what can only be witnessed once.
